By creating an account and posting on YUQI Homes AI, you agree to these terms. Please read them — we enforce them.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on YUQI Homes AI. You may not post content that is:
You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the right to share it. Only post clips you created or are authorized to post.
Every clip can be reported with the 🚩 button, and you can block any user with the ⋯ menu. Reported content is reviewed and removed if it violates these guidelines; content that receives multiple reports is hidden automatically. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break the rules — typically within 24 hours of a report.
You can delete your account at any time in the App: Me → Delete account. Deletion takes effect right away: sign-in is disabled and the listings and videos you posted are hidden from everyone. For 30 days you can restore the account: ask for it on the sign-in screen and we email a one-time restore link to your registered address (valid for 24 hours). When the 30 days end, the account and your content are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. See the Privacy Policy, section 6, and Delete account for details.
Sender: YUQI Homes AI, operated by Yun Ai, Inc. (California real estate brokerage, DRE #02322018). All texts in these programs come from our company number (909) 303-9929, start with “YUQI Homes AI:” and use our fixed company templates. Agents who use the app cannot write the texts we send.
Programs and message types:
How you join: each program has its own checkbox, which is not pre-checked, and you choose each one separately. Open House Follow-up: on the open house sign-in screen you type your own mobile number and check “Text me about this visit”. Tour Texts: check “Tour texts” when you book a tour or under Notifications → Alert settings. Listing Alerts: check the separate “Listing alerts” box under Notifications → Alert settings. Agent Account Texts: check “Agent texts” when you apply under Me → Agent access, in your Agent Profile or under Notifications → Alert settings. For Tour Texts, Listing Alerts and Agent Account Texts we then send one confirmation text (also when you add a program to a number that is already confirmed), and messages start only after you reply YES. For Open House Follow-up we send one confirmation text right after you sign in; it counts toward the 2 messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service: you can sign in at an open house, book tours, register as an agent and use the app without agreeing.
Message and data rates may apply. Marketing texts and other non-urgent texts are not sent between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. Pacific time, marketing texts are sent only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time (based on your area code), non-urgent Tour Texts, Listing Alerts and Agent Account Texts are limited to 2 per day per account (Open House Follow-up: up to 2 per visit), and opt-in confirmation texts and our replies to STOP, HELP and YES are sent right away.
To opt out: reply STOP to any text at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts from any of these programs at that number. Other clear requests to stop, in English or Chinese (for example “remove me” or “不要再给我发短信”), also stop all our texts to that number, and you can also ask the agent working with you or our support team to record your opt-out. If you change or give up your mobile number, uncheck the box in the app or reply STOP from that number first, so our texts don’t reach the next owner of the number.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
